In the first half of the year, the proportion of imports and exports of private enterprises in the province exceeded 70%, driving a growth of 3.5 percentage points in the province’s imports and exports.
Since the beginning of this year, with the implementation and effectiveness of a series of measures to promote the development of private enterprises, the confidence of private enterprises in the province has significantly increased. In the first half of the year, private enterprises in our province achieved a total foreign trade import and export value of 213.21 billion yuan (RMB, the same below), accounting for 73.4% of the province’s total foreign trade import and export value. The trade scale and proportion both reached a new historical high, driving the province’s import and export growth by 3.5 percentage points.

The leading advantage of top enterprises is significant. In the first half of the year, the province added 22 leading private enterprises with import and export performance, with a total import and export value of 41.64 billion yuan, contributing 19.5% of the import and export value of private enterprises with a proportion of one thousandth of the total number of enterprises.

High end manufacturing innovation has strong momentum. In the first half of the year, private enterprises in the province exported high-end manufacturing products worth 142.65 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8.9%, accounting for 79.6% of the total export value of private enterprises and driving the province’s export growth by 6.4 percentage points.

The trade prospects of emerging markets are broad. In the first half of the year, private enterprises in the province had close trade relations with 226 countries and regions, among which emerging markets such as Latin America, West Asia, and Africa showed outstanding trade performance, driving a total import and export growth of 12.3 percentage points for private enterprises in the province.
